FRED MAJORS

"My name is Frederick Majors, but I go by Fred.

My passion is for sales, because there is no better feeling than hearing the word YES!!! from a customer.

As a sales coach, I don’t talk to customers which made me miss that aspect of sales.

So I decided to hire, train, and manage my very own sales team.

This way, I can be the salesperson and the sales coach.

My mission to build a team of salespeople, and make myself and my team available for hire for any entrepreneur or company that can use my services."

Fred was born and raised in Evansville, Indiana, but now he resides in Clearwater/St. Petersburg Florida area. He graduated from Indiana State University with a Marketing Degree in 2012. Since graduation, he worked in a sales environment. He sold jewelry for 7 years, but the last two years, he's been working as a sales coach for a direct mailing company. In those two years, he had completed a certification course on digital marketing, and complete numerous communication course provided by the direct mailing company.

Meet our Team

Ruth grew up in Metro Manila, Philippines. 

Ruth started her working career in customer service after graduating from college. She has a total of 3 years in the said field and has always been part of top performing individuals. Due to her hard work and eagerness in learning new things, she has a wide experience when it comes to communication. She was extensively trained to be a salesperson as she continued to work in the contact centre industry. She does virtual assisting on the side while being employed full-time. 
She explored and acquired many skills and expertises as she worked for various US clients. You may call her Lead Generation Specialist, General Virtual Assistant, Real Estate Virtual Assistant and Salesperson.

Ruth likes new learnings and experiences which made her a flexible and versatile virtual assistant. She took challenges as part of the learning process and weaknesses to strengths. 

Ruth took a Bachelor's Degree in Foreign Affairs at the Lyceum Of The Philippines University. 

She is a mom of one which makes her motivated and optimistic in life. 

RUTH V. ESTABILLO

Laura grew up in Quezon City, Metro Manila.

Laura has been in the customer service industry since 2007 and started her career as an in-house Customer Care for a Bank in the US. She worked her way up and became a Product Trainer then a Training Manager and a Client Success Manager. Laura is very passionate in talking to people and building relationships which is why she succeeded in her field in a Customer and Client facing role. 

Ms. Martin took Industrial Design at De La Salle University-College of Saint Benilde and graduated 2004. She then took a Bachelor of Science Major in Nursing at Arellano University and graduated in 2007.

She is a mother of 3 children and is currently residing in Aurora, Philippines. When she is not working, Laura loves to draw, paint and surf. She also loves reading non-fictional history novels specifically about the 2nd world war. 

LAURA NATALIE ASTOM-MARTIN

Chie grew up in Manila, Philippines.

Chie spent most of her career in a leadership role in the BPO industry for almost 10
years; 4 years in a supervisor role; 3 years as support staff. She has working experience in managing various skill sets, orientation – Sales, Customer Service from various accounts. She led successful implementations and management of operations teams with specialized functions after thorough analysis on performance gaps. She is now working her way in the freelancing stint which started 5 years ago.

Chie took up Bachelor of Arts in Theater Arts in the University of the Philippines and received a certificate in 1995. She also took up Bachelor of Arts in Communication Arts in Colegio de San Juan de Letran.
 
She is a single mother of 3 beautiful daughters which is her inspiration in working hard in order to provide what's best for them.
